I’ve been a bit distracted by Final Fantasy XV and under the weather with a bad cold, but it’s been awhile since I posted a recipe. This recipe uses the blocks of beef stew seasoning that you can buy in stores here in Japan, such as this one below:
I’ve made this recipe a couple of times already and I’ve been experimenting with the type of roux to use. I think I like the kinds that are demi-glace sauces better. I served this with French bread.
